As this is my first time doing these things, I’ve been scratching my head wondering what kind of book promotion to run in September?
It’s too early for Halloween or Christmas (although I’m sure it won’t be long before Jingle Bells will be playing on permanent repeat in any shop near you), ‘Back to School’ and ‘Summer’ are now done and dusted. Autumn is a bit too vague..plus there just aren’t enough autumn books for a decent sized collection.
So, in the end I played it safe and went for bears. A solid, dependable all year round classic.
Plus, who doesn’t love a bear? Particularly a bear in a children’s book.
So why not take a look at our bear range at Gobbledy Books, all at £2.50 and I’ll congratulate myself for getting to end of this without using any obvious bear puns!
