Overview

We’re a well established children’s book wholesaler, with over 25 years experience, based Brighton and Henfield. Our easy and free School Visit Book Fairs aim to improve literacy and get children reading more, by offering a great range of affordable books for every age, whilst earning loads of free books for the school. 

All books we sell are brand new and most cost just £2.50 each, whether it’s a £4.99 RRP activity book or a £9.99 RRP gift book, which means more children get to buy a new book to take home.

In addition, for every 5 books we sell on the day of the fair, we will donate a free book to the school.

Our book fairs create a great buzz and are positive experiences for -

CHILDREN - by reading more they will improve their confidence, literacy and academic skills. Our school fairs give children the opportunity to browse and interact with a large and interesting selection of books before making their purchases.

PARENTS - will have access to more great books for their children, as they are all one low price.

SCHOOLS - the fair provides a great event for children, parents and staff to buy, plus the school gets free books to boost their library stock or to use as teaching resources.

The best thing is that a School Visit Book Fair is really easy to set up. We support you along the way, so you can focus on the multiple benefits to the children and the school!

 

So how does it work?

First, we work with you to arrange the best suitable date to hold your school fair. The events are totally free of charge, whatever the size of venue.

A range of digital promotional materials will be offered beforehand and everything else will be provided and taken care of by us on the day.

No work for the school staff, we just need a suitable space to set up, (normally for the day or part of the day) and 15 mins for each class to visit the fair.

All of our brand new books are just £2.50 each. We bring a wide range of popular titles from the biggest publishers, including popular fiction, non fiction, study guides, sticker books, branded books and lots more.

We have a large range of books suited for EYFS, KS1, KS2, Early Readers, Accelerated Reading Programme and SEN.

For every 5 books purchased during the fair, we will donate 1 free book of your choice to the school as a thank you for holding the fair. You can either select your free books on the day or from our extensive range on the website afterwards. 

Various payment types are accepted - Cash, card payments or PayPal. 

Our friendly book fair staff are DBS checked and have public liability insurance.

We can offer our service to any school within a reasonable driving distance of our base in Brighton & Henfield.
